Come and rest, recoup, replenish, eat well, do some yoga, walk, swim in the river and sea, sit quiet and read, draw and paint, make music...... whatever you need right now to feel really well.
One Bedroom
One simple bedroom with a comfy double bed, fresh cotton sheets , seagulls outside and church bells to wake you early ready for a brilliant day
You can sleep 2 more in the living room on the day beds or blow up mattress. Bedding for that is under the day bed in front room

Great location, decent food right on the river at Stoke Gabriel.
Friday Market in the square
Fun. Food. Flea market.
Go find Morgan with her lovely carpets.....
Happy Apple
Great 7 days open till 11pm shop at the top of the highstreet just as the road narrows, opposite the Barrel House....
BENS FARM SHOP
Part of the RiverFord outfit, there's a great little branch just south of the Market in Town
a brilliant Farm Shop out of town at Staverton and they have a "field kitchen" which is well worth a lunch booking.
Seeds Cafe
Just south of the Market Square is Seeds Cafe..... buffet vegi salad amazingness..... Big favourite.....
Green Life
In the Market Square is Greenlife, a nice big health food shop and natural pharmacy, with knowledgable staff if you're feeling iffy...... or not.....
Green Fibres
Way up the top of the narrows, on route to the Bull in and near the Forge Yoga Centre.... is Green Fibres...... organic clothes, houseware, beautiful bedding..... etc.....

Mouth of the River Erme. Fantastic low tide beach. Tight parking or park at Kingston and walk 1.5 miles

Gorgeous walks in Hisley Woods, Clam Bridge.

Walk right along the Dart River path to Staverton, there's giant Redwoods, River Swims, marsh SSI

The Forge Yoga Centre
Lovely building, good fun Totnesian yoga classes.... James Russell was fun....
